Programm
We have organised a dinner on Thursday night with MEPs, EU bodies, our partners and other key organisations based in Brussels. On Friday morning we will visit the parliament and give our young advocates the chance to interview speakers from there and from within the YMCA.
After the business on Friday afternoon & Saturday morning (which includes our new constitution)
there will be a series of workshops to choose from based on our key priorities for 2025.
On Saturday evening, we would like to have some fun together by celebrating some of the talent we have amongst our staff and young people. So if you have anyone who would like to sing, dance, recite a poem within your group attending the Assembly, please let me know, 'Y Eurovision'!
All this interspersed with some inclusive devotions and a chance to meet some friends, new &
old!

YWCA Workshop - How board work

How Boards work – an introduction to governance
We will consider what is meant by good governance and explore what this
means in practice for NGO Boards. This workshop will be useful for any woman
who might be considering joining their local or national YWCA Board or the
European YWCA Board in 2026. If you have some experience of working on a
Board come along and share it with others. Together, we are stronger.
Will be by Zoom from 18.00 – 19.30 CET.

Dich erwartet ein riesiges Zeltlager zusammen mit dem Cevi Norwegen. Zusammen mit über 12'000 anderen Teilnehmern werden wir eine erlebnisreiche Woche in Gjøvik verbringen.
Auf dem Programm stehen Lagerfeuerabende, ein Hike in der Umgebung des Lagers, sowie diverse Turniere und Workshops an denen man teilnehmen kann. Doch auch das Knüpfen neuer Kontakte und spontane Spass-Aktionen werden sicher nicht zu knapp kommen.

Das ESG Leadership Training und Seminar bietet die Möglichkeit sich mit anderen Scouts des YMCA Europa auszutauschen. In den vier Tagen Seminar und Training werden viele spannende Diskussionen geführt und es gibt coole Aktivitäten. Keine Angst, auch wenn es «Seminar» heisst, ist es keine theoretische Angelegenheit! Da das LTS ein relativ kleines Lager ist, lernt man alle Teilnehmer gut kennen und kann so auch Kontakte für nach dem Lager knüpfen. Egal ob du schon einmal ein internationales Lager besucht hast oder erst Fuss fassen möchtest das LTS bietet für jeden das Richtige. Es würde uns freuen, wenn du auch dabei bist.

Inhalt:
Attendees will have the opportunity to deepen their awareness of various forms of discrimination, racism, and human rights violations prevalent in different conflict scenarios. Together, we will develop a collective peacebuilding strategy, and a toolkit based on the experiences of the participants. The session will combat discrimination with an intersectional lens and lead transformative change towards peace. It will be an interactive and hands-on experience, packed with lots of discussions and a change to connect with like-minded women from all over Europe! A full agenda will be available nearer the event.
Travel costs, accommodation and meals will be covered by the Council of Europe. There is an
enrolment fee of €50, which will be deducted from travel expenses. To be eligible for travel
reimbursement, participants must attend the full duration of the study session. Accommodation
will likely be in shared rooms. Applicants must be able to work in either English or Russian. Selection will be based on applicants’ interest in the subject and their demonstrated commitment and leadership in this
area. Please be aware there are rules regarding the numbers of participants from any one
country.
